Responsibilities :-
This IT contractor Analyst position has the following responsibilities:
Answer in-bound calls from AT&T employees who need IT Support at COR Retail stores.
Provide retail application support for Point of Sale, Activations and Billing, PC support nationwide, and application support for Indirect Agents.
Training regaridng internal AT&T systems and processes will be provided for in-house applications (Point of Sale, Activations and Billing systems).
Qualified candidate must be an independent thinkiner and decision maker.
Be able to multi-task; be extremely flexible.
Candidates must have excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effecively and efficiently work in a team environment.
Candidate will be part of a Technical Help Desk team.
Should be comfortable in a call center help desk fast paced enviornment.
Must have previous customer servce experience.
The expected resolution rate is typically 90% or better.
Compensation : DOE
